Economics, Markets, Institutions

Following last year's format, on two consecutive weekends in February, IMT will sponsor seminars series featuring job market candidates for Assistant Professor and Post-doctoral Fellow positions in the area of Economics and Institutional Analysis.

Short-listed candidates come to us as the culmination of a competitive selection process that started with an initial application pool of more than 300 and continued with over 50 interviews conducted the ASSA Meetings of New Orleans and at Royal Economic Society PhD Presentation Meeting in London.

Candidates will present recent research papers.

The first set of seminars will take place on 15-16 February, 2008 and the second set on 22-23 February, 2008.

Please find below the preliminary seminar schedule for both the weekends.
Please consider that this is only a preliminary program and that schedule changes are still possible. All presentations will take place in the conference room at the first floor of IMT main building, Piazza San Ponziano, 6. Seminars are open to all who would like to attend.
